Wally Maddux is a QP-5 Technical Quality Manager and has over 20 plus years in the coating field. Painter’s helper, Sand blaster, Painter, Rigging, Cleaning crew, Lead Man, NACE III Peer Review Cert #12267, QC, project superintendent, NACE III project manager/ Lead Inspector, ERPI Nuclear training certification & Technical Quality Manager Certification. Experience in Marine, Industrial, Bridge, Petro chemical, Fuels, Natural gas, Dams, Wastewater treatment.

Jeff Lathrop is a QP-5 Technical Quality Manager and has extensive experience in managing SSPC Quality programs and has held the title of Preservation/Naval Quality Manager at Pacific Shipyard International – Hawaii, Vigor Shipyard – Seattle and Fincantieri Marinette Marine – Wisconsin. Jeff holds a NACE III Peer Review Cert #28717, SSPC NAVSEA Basic Paint Inspector (NBPI) Cert #56378 and is certified as an SSPC Training/Certification Instructor.
